At this time, all skincare products purchased through our online store are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, ingredients, directions, and other available information carefully before placing your order.

Because skincare products are personal-care products, we are unable to accept opened, used, or unwanted products for return or exchange.

You are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer's product packaging, ingredient list, directions, and warnings before use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although online purchases are final sale, please contact us as soon as possible if:

Your order arrives damaged;
You receive the wrong product; or
An item you ordered is missing from your shipment.

We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to resolve an error or shipping-related issue.
